Cookie Policy

The short version

This site loads Google Tag Manager, which in turn may load measurement tools configured in it. Those tools set cookies in your browser. Everything else on the page — text, images, fonts, the enquiry form — is served from this domain and stores nothing.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a site asks your browser to keep and hand back on the next visit. Cookies are how sites remember a signed-in session, a language choice, or — far more often — which pages you visited, so that behaviour can be measured.

What we use

Google Tag Manager. A container that loads the measurement tags we configure. The container itself is a delivery mechanism; what it loads is listed here as it changes. Managed by Google LLC.

Measurement tags loaded through it. These set cookies that record which pages you opened, how you arrived, and whether you returned. They are used to understand which parts of the site are read and which requests come from where. They are not used to identify you personally by name.

What we do not use

No advertising pixels, no social buttons, no chat widgets, no session recording, no heat maps. Fonts, images and country flags are served from this domain rather than a content network, so loading a page tells nobody else that you were here.

How to refuse

Every browser can block or delete cookies — in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge the setting sits under privacy or site data. Blocking them does not break this site: the pages are static and the enquiry form works without any cookie at all.

Google’s own opt-out for its analytics products is available as a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

The form

The enquiry form is protected against automated abuse by a signed token that lives in the page itself while the tab is open. It is not stored on your device, says nothing about you, and disappears when the page closes.

Server records

Our web server keeps ordinary access records — address, page, time, browser — as described in the Privacy Policy. That happens on our side and does not involve your browser storing anything.

If this changes

If a tool is added or removed, this page changes with it, and so does the date at the top.
